pakr92 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pakr92" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at pakr92.net, including all associated subdomains, services, products, and applications.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the pakr92 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to a registered pakr92 player account with a unique username, password, and associated wallet balance denominated in PKR.
• "Real Money Play" refers to any game, bet, or wager placed using actual funds deposited into a pakr92 account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive-based funds credited to an account under a pakr92 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total amount that must be wagered on eligible games before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification procedures required by pakr92 in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary transactional currency of the pakr92 platform.

By registering a pakr92 account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on pakr92. The existence of multiple accounts attributed to a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pakr92 reserves the right to suspend all such accounts and forfeit any pending balances pending investigation.

pakr92 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of ongoing service access.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pakr92 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

• You agree to notify pakr92 immediately via the 24/7 live chat support if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• pakr92 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.
• pakr92 support agents will never ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
• Session tokens expire after a defined period of inactivity. You should log out manually after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

pakr92 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. All deposit amounts are denominated in PKR. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the cashier page and may vary by payment method.

• Deposits are credited to your pakr92 wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Processing times vary by payment method.
• pakr92 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• pakr92 reserves the right to return deposits to their source if KYC verification is not completed within the required timeframe.

Withdrawals are available only to fully verified accounts that have satisfied KYC requirements. pakr92 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

• Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one to two business days for bank transfer methods.
• pakr92 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds, in compliance with AML regulations.
• Funds may not be withdrawn while wagering requirements on active bonus funds remain outstanding.
• pakr92 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud or compliance investigations.

pakr92 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and to the general bonus terms set out below.

• Bonus offers are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion, which may include minimum deposit thresholds, registration status, or payment method requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and real money funds are wagered sequentially — real money funds are used first, followed by bonus funds.
• pakr92 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, where continued operation of the offer would constitute a breach of licensing conditions or where abuse is detected.
• Claiming a bonus under false pretences, using multiple accounts to exploit promotional terms, or employing low-risk or zero-risk hedging strategies to fulfil wagering requirements constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

All games available on pakr92, including slots, live dealer titles, and the sportsbook, are subject to individual game rules which form part of these Terms by incorporation.

• All RNG (random number generator) game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems that have been independently audited for fairness.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, pakr92 will complete the round according to the recorded game state at the point of disconnection. pakr92 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by network issues outside its control.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pakr92 platform:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or payment systems.

• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks against valid pakr92 transactions.

All content on the pakr92 platform — including but not limited to the pakr92 brand name, logo, trade marks, game graphics, text, software, and interface design — is the intellectual property of pakr92 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pakr92 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works based on any pakr92 content without prior written authorisation.

pakr92 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering a pakr92 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your personal data — including your CNIC details, mobile number, email address, and transaction history — is used exclusively for purposes including account verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and communication of account-related information. pakr92 does not sell personal data to third parties.

pakr92 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. The platform provides tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pakr92's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pakr92 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, underage gambling, or where required by the platform's licensing obligations.

You may request closure of your pakr92 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed to the extent permissible. pakr92 reserves the right to retain account records for a period of up to seven years following account closure, in compliance with applicable AML and record-keeping regulations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which pakr92 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to the pakr92 customer support team for resolution.
